Here is how Desklet handles information you give it.
Account and workspace data
We use your email to manage sign-in and recovery. Your profile, workspaces, conversations, saved memory, tasks, file records and provider connection details are stored to make your desk available when you return. Workspace data is scoped to your account.
AI providers and keys
When you add an API key, it is encrypted server-side and is not returned to your browser after saving. To answer a request, Desklet sends the necessary conversation and workspace context to the AI provider you choose. That provider’s own data policies and usage charges apply. Remove a key in Settings when you no longer want it connected.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure visits and basic actions, with IP anonymization enabled. We do not intentionally send your workspace contents, messages, passwords or API keys as analytics events. Google may process visit information under its own policies.
Your choices
You can remove provider keys and delete individual Desklets from the app. Self-service bulk export is not yet available. For questions about your information or a request concerning your account, contact Wet Ocean.
